1) Purpose and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how WSRobotics GmbH ("WSRobotics", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with our business, service, and support activities, including sales and distribution of FAIRINO products, technical support, warranty and RMA handling, and other related services.

2) Data We Process

We process only the data necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations: * identification and contact data (name, company name, ID, VAT ID, address, e-mail, phone), * data on purchased products, serial numbers, and warranty/RMA cases, * technical support data (communication, ticket ID, service records), * data submitted through our Support Portal, e-mail, or WhatsApp. We do not use personal data for marketing without your explicit consent.

3) Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases: * Contract performance (sales, service, support, warranty), * Legal obligation (e.g. accounting, tax documentation), * Legitimate interest (service improvement, communication tracking, system security), * Consent (where applicable, e.g. for marketing purposes).

Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees of WSRobotics GmbH and, where necessary, to authorized partners, distributors, service providers, or service centers involved in providing our products and services.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting records = 10 years). Technical support and warranty data are kept for up to 5 years after case closure.

WSRobotics GmbH applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or unauthorized access.

All communication (e-mail, chat, WhatsApp, etc.) is treated as confidential. If you receive a message not intended for you, you must delete it immediately and notify the sender.
